Ian is very flexible in his approach to teaching and has great experience of teaching with Juniors right through to Seniors that may have injuries and limitations. There is no one method coached, just a drawing on over 28 years of coaching at every level all around the World.
Ian has worked for many years on tour with systems like Trackman, Flightscope, Sam Lab and AMM 3D bio systems and is able to study and correctly interpret as well as communicate all this important data across to the golfer whether they be amateur or Professional.
Ian believes it is important to communicate at the level that the pupil will genuinely "understand" and actually teaches the player to become his or her own best coach by understand the what, the why, the how and finally the when!
He believes one great hour doing the "right" thing is better than 20 hours of effort on incorrect movements, and believes that correct knowledge and how it is conveyed is key.
